Q. How do we go about reserving a space for the tour?
A. Fill out our online form or call us at (704) 455-2819.  Space is limited so contact us early.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Q. When is the best time to do a tour?
A.  The race shops are open year-around excluding weekends and major holidays.

Q. How long are the tours?
A. We now offer 1/2 day and full day tours to better serve our customers.
Our full day tour starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends around 2:00 p.m.
We offer two 1/2 day tours, one in the morning starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending around 11 noon and an afternoon tour starting at 11:00 p.m. and ending around 2:00 p.m. These 1/2 day tours start from the Charlotte Motor Speedway area.
Call to see if your hotel is on our pick-up list.

Q. Can you help us save money on our hotel room?
A. Yes, we work with area hotels that offer our customers discounted rates (subject to blackout dates).  Call or make a request online for a list of hotels.

Q. What do we need to wear for our tour?
A.  Be casual, and be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Q. Children Pricing?
A. Children 10 years and younger $45 a person for a full day and $30 for a 1/2 day tour. You must furnish your own child car seat. Museum fees still apply.

Q. What happens if we have to cancel once we have booked?
A.  We do not charge a cancellation fee if notified within 7 days of the tour.

Q. Do you have gift certificates?
A. Yes, you can purchase a gift certificate - our tours are a rewarding NASCAR sightseeing adventure for your entire family!  What you are giving is a memory, and memories are the best gifts. This is more than a tour, it is a NASCAR experience!

Q. Would this be suitable for our Corporate Event?
A. Yes, we have had great success with these types of events! Many options are available.  Call or make a request online for more information.

Q. Is your tour van wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes.  Fold up wheelchairs only.  Please let us know in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate.
